At Mandala Mastery, we do hope you love your purchase. But we get it, sometimes we change our minds or what we ordered doesn’t quite match our expectations. And we totally get this!
Below we’ve outlined all the information related to returning prints, getting refunds, and all the bits and bobs that surround that.
RETURNS
If you are not happy with the art you have purchased from me, I will happily return your money once you have returned my art.
Eligibility: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. We do not accept returns for damaged prints, custom orders, or sale items.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels. Returns should be sent to our Australian warehouse at [Insert Warehouse Address Here].
Condition of Return: Items must be returned in original packaging and must not be damaged. Please pack your order with care. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items have been used, altered, or damaged during return shipping. If items are returned damaged, a higher restocking fee may apply.
Refunds: For products returned within 30 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Returns after 30 days will be eligible for store credit at the original selling price.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss your options. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Sale Items: All items purchased on sale, including those purchased with promotional codes, are final sales. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be posted.
3. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.

EXCHANGES

SHIPPING

We ask that you cover the cost of shipping for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
